The guy called and asked for me by name. When I told him "this is" he then hung up. I would've hung up on him anyway but that's not a great way to sell things.
This guy is very rude. If the person he is looking for he says, "Ok Ill call back later." And before you can explain to him the owner is never there. He hangs up on you. He calls DAILY and I have gotten to the point that I automatically answer telling him that she is not available and will not be available. He then acts completely amazed that I would answer the phone like that. BUT when you know its a solicitor and a waste of time and you have to run from the back of the office to the phone in the front. Its a waste of my time to have to run to a solicitor call every few minutes.
