I received a call from this supposedly local number on 9 September 2016 at 11:19am EDT. There was a person's name on the caller ID, Melissa Borrero. I thought, wrong number, but answered anyway, just to be a good person and let the caller know they had the wrong number. However, it turned out to be a spoofed number, and the prerecorded message was from "Credit Card Services". I tried calling back, but there was no answer. No voice mail, no "this number is not in service at this time". It just kept ringing.
