received call at 5:03pm on 6 August 2016...caller ID reads "Morgan Stanley"...when I answered, I heard a prerecorded message (robocall) for "Credit Card Services" offering me reduced interest rates on my current credit card accounts. Typical scam call. Spoofed a legitimate company name as well. Should be a big red flag when a company like Morgan Stanley makes an unsolicited phone call to someone late on a Saturday afternoon.
