I have been receiving this same calls all last week. About 9 of them back to back and from different states. On one of them I did the error of answering and they said they have charges against me, even though I told them I was not the person they were looking for. But today they called my job...scary......dont know if I should call back??
I'm not sure, I just received a message from this company today Monday 11Mar2013, collector named Robert Molina saying I have charges from a claim against me. They need my address or employee addree to serve me papers for a formal claim and I have one opportunity to reach them about this manner, etc.... This sounds like a similiar call I received about 2 months ago. I'm sure it's the same company trying to use the scare tactics to get me to respond.
I received three back to back calls (number I didn't recognize) and all from different states, and the third call left this message with a call back number of 18883159026

I just received a call at my job from 888-315-9026 they spoke with my supervisor stated I have a claim against me it sounds like a scam so I'm not going to call them back but if they keep calling your job that's against the law so my supervisor said next time they call she will inform them to stop calling my jo.
Well I received a call from a independent processor today from a 267 number she started off by saying that shuh e spoke with my parents and she stated their names n went on to tell me that she had been trying to locate me because I had charges pending n would need to call 1-888-315-9026 to ask them to release A order so that she wouldn't need to serve me at my job or home I spoke with my parents and they had not talked to anybody n my dad said they did the same thing to him and tried calling his job but he called his attorney and they informed us it was a scam! I ALSO CALLED the numbers back and one was disconnected and the 1-888 number went straight to voicemail
I have been getting the same calls, they called my job today and left a vmail stating they now have an address to serve me and I need to contact 8883159026, and this was my final warning. Its definitely a scam. Sounds scary, please don't give them any information, they will probably use it to rob you blind. This is illegal, think about it, if someone serves you papers for court they don't call and say call them back or they will serve you on your job or at home, that alone should send up a red flag
