Who called from 8605313191

Yes actually i am in the process of investigating this number right now...I was called from this number about an hour ago and the lady was not nice at all.. i asked her why shes calling my cell phone..and she says to put my cell phone down or something like that and to listen to her cause its important and she starts getting snotty and basically yelling at me like what the heck? anyways i did a lookup on the number and it comes back to 199 old hartford road, colchester ct...i also found that 1860 537 4188 is coming back to 199 old hartford road...i dont know whats going on but i will get to the bottom of it..i just called that second number and left a message asking if they know whats going on...all i know is this is beyond riddiculous

Got two calls from this number 5/24/2012.  Silent on the other end both times.

These people call several times a week.  In the first few seconds...no one is on the line.  Plenty of Time to hang up, but they keep calling back.

Every business day late in the afternoon.  Very annoyed.

Phone rang....Caller ID said "Colchester". at first nothing....then a spotty connection and a guy rushing something like "This is Connecticut Gas and Electric" -(sounds ridiculous)- "calling about the money-saving coupon you just received in the mail" by me real fast. I said no, not interested, etc He was still yakking away when I hung up. Used "Call Blocking" = no repeats.
