I received a voice message on friday by a guy by the name of Brad Hendricks who claims to be a legal Courier for my county. He stated that he will be serving me today and gave a time frame. He also stated that I could give the company a call that filed the complaint but never gave their name only a phone number. The weird thing is he called me after I failed to pay money to a loan from a previous call. The company stated that they were Gallo & Kaufmann. I searched all the different numbers that they gave me and none were valid. I even searched the BBB and saw that the company had an alert on it. I dont know if this Brad is calling for this same company or another one that called me with the same story just a different company name. Provisional Services. If I am TRULY served today then I will contact the lady at the court that I called this today and ask her as well. Both the Attorney general's office, and police says this sounds like a scam. I will wait and see today. Be careful because they are getting alot of personal information and making themselves appear legit.
