This is the 5th time receiving this phone call in a year. A man with a Indian accent told me he had information from my computer that he could get into it anytime he wanted. That he could get the virus off of it. He also said that he worked at MicroSoft. I asked my son-in-law and he said MicroSoft doesn't make this type of phone calls. I felt threaten that some one had personal information that they could do anything on my computer without my permission. This person knows my name and address. His call was asked to stop. Charla

I did not answer the call. I do not answer any call from a number I do not know. However, went I went to my phone with the message recorder (yes, I still have one), I picked up the line as the "line in use" light was on. It was a woman, with no accent, telling me that I had better call her back before the IRS comes and arrests me. However, she apparently started talking before my answering machine picked up. It was all very odd-sounding. She left a number which was in my area code, repeated it twice, and warned "again" that I was being called about tax fraud, and had better call her right back. I can guarantee that, between the discrepancies in the two phone numbers and my taxes being done by the same accountant whom I have used for about 40 years, there is nothing wrong with me and any filings with the IRS. The nuisance calls are getting more frequent every day!
