Rcvd call caller ID said Wethersfield CT. left no message 30 seconds before this call got call from PQ cellphone same thing. I am SO SICK OF THESE CALLS. I Wish I could block them.

What's stopping you?  Plenty of apps and devices on the market.

Basically they are hard core Indian and Pakistani scammer/extortionists.  Criminals.  They wont' stop calling and they ignore all US laws.  Invest in a call blcoker and do not pick up on numbers you do not recognize.
