As near as I can tell, it's ING trying to sell insurance. Amazing that they do not abide by the Do Not Call list, as ING has, to this point, been a relatively reputable company.

It is actually Capital One who bought out ING's Orange Savings accounts... They called to let me know that the documents I requested were mailed to me this week. Not a scam at all... I talked to him and it was all legit

Called voya financial (previous ING) and said that they dont have this number. It is probably a scum

it's legit. they called because a form they mailed to me came back so they called to get my current address.
