Who called from 8605928085

Called today, it rang once, then it ended before I could answer.  Then called back minutes later, I answered but it was an auto-dialer.

Called my cell - 1 1/2 rings.  I didn't answer.  No message.  Unexpected number - likely spam, possibly spoofed?

They called my cell on Sunday at noon. Rang twice then hung up. No message. CallerID just says Connecticut.
