yeah i got a call from this number at 12:15AM last night saying that my bank of america check card from [my city of residence where my account is also held] was being deactivated for security reasons, and then went on to ask for my check card number. the sad part is that i actually started to give it to them, and then was like wait a minute! i asked my bank about it today and they confirmed my suspicion that this was not a real bank of america number!
Got about 4 calls at 5:30 am from this number. When we did get the phone, it was an automated call saying that our account with Point Bank was under a security fraud alert. Don't have a Point Bank account. The other strange part is that caller ID shows Berry Law Firm.

I received two calls back to back at 6:00 this morning. Wasn't able to answer, no voicemail. I found it very odd. I looked it up and it came back with Berry Law LLC in CT. Not sure what that was about. Judging by the other posts I would say they intentionally call people either early in am or late at night to catch people off guard while they are still sleeping. I would advise people to stay clear of these people and if you can file some form of complaint.
I was awakened at 6:10AM 4/20.09 by a call to my cell phone claiming to be Dakota Bank's "security robot" and that I should push 1 to reactivate the account. The call soon disconnected. Ten minutes later another call with only "605 0" (South Dakota)on the I.D. I dialed back 860-633-3100 and left a voicemail message for the "Law Firm" and gave my name and number.
My cell phone number is a South Dakota number, but I have not lived in South dakota for several years. All of my bank accounts there are closed.
I got a call on my cell at midnight claiming my atm card has been frozen or whatever and I needed to reactivate it. Even sleep deprived I realized what it was and hung up.
