Who called from 8606491601

"Ron Brown" and Manchester CT shows on CID.

This number called my DNC listed landline at 1647 hours on 9/12/15.  I wasn't around at the time and likely wouldn't have picked up on the call anyway because 99% of all calls I get on my landline are scam artists.  Looks like this one was too because another site posts that the number is associated with heavy spam activity and it's VoIP, which is a favorite tool of scam artists.

phoned, didn't leave mssg on VM - assume spam going by other posts. We are on the DNC list as well; does no good

Got a call from this number just a few minutes ago and had one yesterday.  Ron Brown was on the caller ID.  No message.  Annoying.
