I'm in Utah. Automated message didn't have an option to stop receiving calls from this number. It only gave the option to "press 1 to lower your interest rates", so I did. It rang for a long time before Carly(had to ask her name, wasn't voluntarily given) with cardholder services for Visa, MasterCard & American Express answered. I explained that this is a private cell phone number that is on the national do not call registry. Carly hung up on me before I could finish my first sentence. I am going to report this to the FCC and I suggest you all do the same.
