This was a VoIP generated call. It originated from Old Saybrook, Ct.
No doubt it was a telemarketer or scammer.

Got a call from this number tonight.  Not a VOIP call since my call blocker effectively blocks all VOIP calls.  Left a robo message on my answering machine but the first half was cut off and the woman had a British accent and was difficult to understand because her speech was slurred.  Something about press 1 for TV and press 2 for ??? and press 3 for ???  Hey lady, press this..... and God Save The Queen!

If I want a car I will visit a dealership.  I still don't know why companies think telemarketing is a good thing.

Received a call from this number on 3/25/15.  They called once before and I blocked the number so I have no idea who it was.  Nothing came up on a Google search.
