How do I block calls from 860-697-2000?  Sounds like it is trying to send a fax, and it keeps re-dailing and calling me.

I received a strange man calling me. This number- 8606972000 - has nothing to do with any type of meter readings. This person is sneaky. He uses a cell on a computer to make his calls. This guy who is calling me is working out a rented place using it as an office.
