I got the exact same message word for word (several times now) from this number 8607267969! I called back before I found all of the messages here but they never answered the phone
Yes. Go to your local police station and also call the district attorney in your area...also put your phone number on the nation do not call registers. If they continue to call you 31 days after your number is put on, that is illegal and they are breaking the law. Also, if you can record them from your phone PLEASE DO SO.... a random number called me yesterday but from my state, I answered and the guy said same msg as before, I said stop calling you guys are scammers, he replied, "it's to early in the am for your type of sarcasm" .... seriously? Lmao...I.told them, I'll see them in court. Guarantee itll never happen BECAUSE it's a scam. They need lives. I've done quite a bit of research on the numbers that have called and all four were telecoms. Inc places but everything else is.private/access denied. Also call your bank to put them on high alert
I have received numerous phone calls from this number calling for a lady that must have had my phone number before me, over 7 years ago. I've contacted this office a few times telling them they have the wrong number and are leaving voicemails on my phone with personal details meant for somebody else. They keep calling back with the same message saying charges are being filed in my county and my case number is Z0L222794. This has to be a scam because they have literally been calling for this lady for YEARS and won't update my number. I'm on the national and Texas Do Not Call list as well.
I received a call at my employer and on my cell phone for the following:

Gloria Gloria. I do need to make you aware of your legal rights to which Rusher charges prior to them being filed against you. You would need to do so before you receive your summons at your place of employment or at your home address. Once you're served your rights will be forfeited. Your case number is VOL23303. Their telephone number is 8607267968. I want this to stop immediately, as they have broken all FCRA guidelines and laws.
