Each time I pick up it disconnects... I call back and it's says hold for customer service... But no ther identification

The same thing has been happening to me. Right now someone was actually on the line. She was extremely rude and when I told them remove my number she said it's not that easy because it is computer based.  Ummmm with all this technology you can't remove my number what a shame.
