Who called from 8607404004

They just called trying to get information on my healthplan AND my doctors, claimed state health ins marketplace asked them to survey me. I said no & hung up. That sounds really scammish phishing for info.

Called me at 845pm.  Didn't answer and they did not leave a message.

ID'd as Great Blue. She said she was calling for Connecticut Water. When i questioned her, she hung up.

Saw local number so picked up.  Silence on the other side then hanged up.  I called them and she said they were doing a health plan survey and for me to wait for next call.  What?  She said they call 8 times.

They called me just now, so apparently they are up to no good still.
