Yes it is a PHISHING MESSAGE.
I did not receive a call or text but an email yesterday - and I DO NOT HAVE A WACHOVIA account
I forwarded it to
[email protected]
- YOU HAVE TO REPORT THEM TO THE BANKS - even if you do not have an account..
