phone rang. answered. nothing there.

let the machine answered,  the answering machine message began, when message was done, phone hung up.

Who was it and what was the message??

call came in on my cell; I didn't pick up, caller left no message. Figure it was a scam call. I have found that not picking up seems to cut down on repeat calls.

Also called my cell phone. I had not been at my desk at the time, saw the missed call. I do a lot of business with people in the 860 area code so I didn't think it was weird at first. However, no message so I always check to see if a number has any "hits!" I called it back and it rings once then a voicemail picks up and says "Hello! If you'd like to be on our do not call list, press 1!" I did not, I hung up. So annoying. I AM on the do not call registry! I get strange phone calls at least once a week, sometimes more.
