Who called from 8607619969

Got a call from that number at 10:40 this morning, June 8, 2013. On Caller ID, in place of a name, was V6081040330004942724. No message was left.

Also have received the same call a couple of times, one today @ 2:04pm.  When I called the # back, a recording says the line has a trouble report.   Reverse lookup has it located in Hartford.

its a discount electricity provider trying to get you to switch something, they keep calling me at work at all hours of the day, i get telling them never to call again, but its not helping

I do not want to receive calls from this number any more.
