Wow--just found them: Global Crossing Local Services. They are REALLY bad guys. Read the complaints (not leaving a message seems to be the best scenario!) -- http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/global-crossing-local-services-west-virginia-c123502.html They appear to have numbers all over the country.

Just called, rang twice and then they hung up.  Hopefully they don't try back.

I called back from my work phone,,,something about a rewards card - press 1.  I hung up.
