This group has been calling relentlessly. I have followed instructions to be removed from the call list, to no avail. They will not take do not call for an answer
Woman called us tonight asking for my mother and when I said this is her Daughter the woman rudely said I want to speak to the man or woman of the house and when I asked what it's pertaining too the woman said there is no message goodbye......scam
received a call from this number this morning...no information on the caller ID, lists phone number instead of real name or company...10:47am EDT...I did not answer, no message was left. It appears to be from a charity of some sort. Charities do not have to follow the "do not call" guidelines. However, all robocalls should be reported, so the number can be added to a blacklist. This is a direct quote from the donotcall.gov page:
What Should You Do If You Get a Robocall?
If you get a robocall:
Hang up the phone. Don't press 1 to speak to a live operator and don't press any other number to get your number off the list. If you respond by pressing any number, it will probably just lead to more robocalls.
Consider contacting your phone provider and asking them to block the number, and whether they charge for that service. Remember that telemarketers change Caller ID information easily and often, so it might not be worth paying a fee to block a number that will change. Report your experience to the FTC online at or by calling 1-888-382-1222.
