They called my cell phone at 2 pm Eastern Time - left no message.

I answered the call, said hello a couple times then the line went dead.  Caller ID says the call is from Manchester CT

calling a lot not leaving messages and when I do pick-up they hang-up...WTF????

im to young to buy health care and they called and didnt even say nything and then just like hung up...ugh

Me too! 3rd time this has happened to my BRAND NEW phone number ! What is it with me???
