Text message received regarding FMB-Bank Visa 42248 Frozen but I have no such VISA account. The instructions was to phone 860-792-8026. I did NOT make the call but did check the internet. There were several (perhaps 25) posts regarding the same message. It appears that the text message is either a SPAM or a an attempt to to gain information should you call the number posted (860-792-8026)
