This is the first call/message I have received from this number/"Carol Walters", no company name/affiliation given. The number says it is from CT. In the previous weeks I have been getting daily morning calls from a number in FL, (813-425-0081) but there was only a recording when I answered, which left messages with long strings of numbers but no other words if sent to voice mail. I started ignoring these calls, and today around the same time that I normally get a call from the FL number, "Carol" from CT calls and leaves a very stern message on my phone. She sounded audibly angry. I have no idea who this woman is. I am an umemployed homemaker so I have no "personal business matters" currently that I am aware of. I am afraid to call back in case this is a cold-call spammer checking to see what phone numbers are still active and which are not.

I've been getting multiple calls from (860) 7933673 and a woman named Carol Walters. She keeps leaving messages for "Laura" saying that it's urgent that her call be returned before she takes the matter any further. I called back and left a message that she was reaching a wrong number but kept getting the calls. I called again today and reached Carol Walters who wanted my name and number. I told her that she was apparently reaching a wrong number for Laura and asked her what number she was trying to dial. She got angry and quite rude, telling me that she was dialing hundreds of numbers and could not correct the information without my giving her my information which I refused to do. I thought she might be a collection agent, but now I think this might be some kind of marketer collecting lie names and numbers. I didn't get a chance to ask as she was yelling at me when I hung up.
Urgent message from Carol Walters, she knew our name but did not leave a company only that it was urgent to call back.
Yes, she did sound angry and no we are not going to call back.
