did not leave message.  I called back, music for a few seconds and ended up being a telemarketer for solar energy

Began saying they were "State" something but they are actually some green energy / solar scammers.

Avoid answering.

Call, ask for my father, if telemarket I put my parent on it, call back put me on hold,
Will block these scam artist. I sick of these calls

Answered phone to dead air.  Call ended with no one responding.

Caled but left no VM
