Who called from 8608380529

got a call 5 min ago on cell...attempted call back said number disconnected

received a phone call of 1-860-838-0529, no answer and disconect in 2 or 3 sec

Got a call at 1:20 MST 6/30/09 call came in as +018608380529 on my cell.  I said  hello and  waited, heard nothing.  could be a phone  scam where they can tag you phone number if you answer it.

Gotten a call from this number three times. No caller ID, no message. Really odd.

I got a call from this number about an hour ago, when I call back it says number not is service?
