I do not answer calls from callers I do not know, so I let this go to the answering machine.
They did not leave a message so I am blocking this number.
I am on the do not call list but that only works for legitimate businesses, so this is most likely a SCAM.
2 calls yesterday afternoon, 4 this afternoon. No messages left. Unknown/negative rated calls automatically blocked, go straight to voice mail. Blocker only allows people in my Contacts List through.
