I received a text from this number that said, "Savings Bank ALERT: Your Visa CheckCard is locked. Please call Card Services (860) 440-6360". I don't have a Visa CheckCard, and I use a Credit Union, not a Savings Bank, so obviously this couldn't have been me. Also, the number they told me to call is different from the one they texted from, in case that causes confusion. It could simply be that somebody gave their bank the wrong number though.

Just received same text after signing into my bank account on my phone. Text came from 860 861 6146 and this is the text

We are calling fraud devices now.
