This is an insurance agent in Hartford, Ct that apparently just got their license. "Lisa" seemed very proud of that fact. She claimed she was Blue Cross/Blue Shield when in fact she is just an agent, hoping to make a fast buck by using a robodialer.
If you get one of these calls please fill out an FCC Form 1088 and maybe Lisa will get shut down...and we will have one less telemarketer calling.
