Who called from 8608992711

Here I have yet another call from another number that leaves no message and when called back, I get a recording that says to push one if I want to be added to their do not call list....how many of these are there out there, and how do we get them stopped??  By the way, this one is from Hartford, CT.

whoa re these people, I am getting these everyday on my tracfone cell, I have asked for no more calls, yet still get them daily!!!

I missed a call on a phone used only for reservations of a civic building.  When I returned the call, I got the "If you wish to be placed on our 'do not call' list, please press "1"".  What's going on?  And, why can't they be stopped?

I just got this call a minute a go. They left no message....I'm so annoyed because I get these kinds of calls almost every day!

Received a voice message and missed call.  When I called the number back a recording asked, "If you would like to stop this call press 1" and I did.  Is this a scam? from a prison? Does someone have access to my account now?  Can this call be blocked through my phone service?
