The number 860-904-1004 is a VOIP number from MCIMETRO ACCESS TRANSMISSION SERVICES INC in Washington DC area. It is an Voice Over Internet Protocol soft number that can be litearly ANYWHERE in the world! MCI METRO (Wordlcomm) is now run by Verizon. Remember MCI WorldComm Bernie Ebbers? He was the President of this company and is now doing 25 years in jail for fraud! So you see the mentality of corporations that would allow this vermin to use a VOIP number with a false CALLER ID to exist just to scam honest hard-working ppl.
Well what you need to do is complain to Verizon about this number and say that you will bring a class action law suit with other victims if they don't shut this VOIP number down and put a block on reissuing it to anybody. If they pop up with another number do it all over again!

They caught me slipping for a just a second. That is all it took. I actually gave them my info over the phone, unaware that it was a scam. Please dont do what I did. Tell everyone you know about this number. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY FRADULENT!
Yup that is the same message that came up on the caller i.d.(itnl call). They are very crafty, answered all my questions with no hesitation. Trust me they have been doing this for quite awhile. Dont be fooled by these low lifes......
Got a call today from 860-904-1004. It was an automatic voice message. It said it was calling me about my credit card account and it had been trying to reach me for some time. Then I hung up. I knew it was a lie.
