Not a "real" phone number: All outgoing calls from NU (CL&P, Yankeegas, maybe PSNH) office phones will have this as their caller ID. Unless the caller leaves a callback number, you won't be able to call them back, it will just keep ringing.
I live in NY state and I got the call on my cell phone, obviously I don't have CL&P service! I am sick of getting scam calls...don't you think if it was a real debt collector they would be man enough to leave a message to get their money? hmmmm
