I rec'd a call March 7th, 7:25p.m.  And I also have an 860 area code.  The man was definitely Indain, and also said he was from General Electric.  We've had some tenant problems in the recent past, so it got my attention. He said that someone in our household had completed a "security survey" a few months ago, and that he hoped I remembered.  Apparently, I had "won" a $1200 security system from GE.  I told him I was pretty sure no one had taken a "security survey", and he hung up.  Whitepages.com shows it as "Unpublished or Unavailable".
