Who called from 8609670471

This phone number first started on sat, now its been on my caller ID twice in the last 10 mins!

This is ARS - Account Recovery Services "Collection Agency"

They called my cell phone saying they were a collection agency calling for Chase Bank and wanting to settleout a CC debt. They wanted me to settle out on 1/2 of the original debt. I used to live in the 860 calling area and there is no listing for a such said agency. It sure seems like a scam to get money because he just hung up after I told him I was divorced and under court order to pay child support and alimony and had no funds available. BEWARE!

see this number dialing in about every other day on caller ID.  when I pick up, I hear nothing, but no someone is still on.  no response.

It was a guy saying that if I sent them a check for a CC that I supposedly had. When I asked him for the address he gave me the wrong one.  Sound like a scam.
