I do not normally pick up the phone until someone starts to talk. But I did and heard a blip sound, than this guys starts to talk when I said hello. It then went in to this conversation about an alarm system told him I have one( not really ) he kept on talking said I have one still kept on talking yell into the phone then he stop said hello he hung up. Went to my call blocker he will never get a call in again.
