Its registrar is namecheap.com and the information is hidden with a proxy service located in Panama, and that proxy service is popular with scammers as Panama is outside US law enforcement jurisdiction.
The domain was created on May 31, 2017, and is hosted on servers in the US controlled by Digital Ocean in New Jersey.
I tried accessing the "home page" of that domain but got a 404 error.
