I received a phone call from 860 986 7320 and I see that other people have said it is a scam. I answewred you could hear people talking then they hung up. I called back and it said number not in service.
Got a call today didn't bother to leave a message,i did look it up all I know that it is from Hartford did anybody else get this call and if so who is it?
