got a call from 862-206-1049 I answered and there was no one on the line, eventually went to a busy signal. When I called the number back it says it is a non working number. How do I get my name off of these lists!

Got call on phone whose number is on no-call list. No option for speaking with person to get their name, and to get off their list, just request to press 1 to order medical alert system for seniors 65 and older or to press 5 to confirm receipt of the product. I hung on phone hoping for a human, but when I failed to press 1or 5, they hung up.
