Don't block the number, they will just use a different subscriber number (1094,1095,1166, etc., etc..). On my CPR V500 I just block the Exchange - like this block 862-212 and all 9999 subscribe lines will be blocked. On my CPR V5000 I do --**7#862212# -- and bingo! every number in exchange 212 is blocked but I can still receive calls from that Area Code.
