because i looked up the number because i didnt recognize it before i listened to my voice mail and found out who it was, called them back and scheduled my yearly appt with the nurse practioner, so no i am not a part of the scam
Let's see now. You looked up the number, found it was legitimate and then
on 27 Apr 2016, you decided to go onto an anti-scamming site and
tell everyone it's a legitimate number.

So far as I can see Matrix Medical is an insurance company. They seem
to concentrate on senior citizens.
If you were on Medicare, or Medicare
Advantage--why would you need a nurse practitioner to come to your house.
Why not just make an appointment with your doctor?
It looks to me that Matrix is simply making up an unneeded service that
they can bill Medicare for.
Sorry, I smell a rat. I'm on Medicare Advantage and this makes no sense to me
at all.
My advice: stay away from these "nurse practitioner" visit schemes.
#862-213-3023 comes up on Caller ID as Aetna. They are Matrix Medical calling on behalf of Aetna Healthcare (so they say). They want to send a Physicians Assistant to your home. They are not a SCAM, but they are extremely ANNOYING and very, very PUSHY. They keep calling even after you tell them you are not interested! They don't give up.
