This guy is with Feature films for Families and has about 20 other phone numbers. He keeps calling me and is soooooo annoying. I did business with him YEARS ago, and he is a true annoying salesman. Will not stop calling for 1 year now and about 20 different numbers. They'll never catch him!
A business relationship is good for 18 months after your last transaction. That is the amount of time they are allowed to call you. They must however stop calling you when told to do so. Have you done that? Have you sent them a stop calling me letter telling them to put you on their internal and external do not call list (sent certified, return receipt mail)? Have you filed a complaint with both the FTC and your State Attorney General's Office. This company wasn't very hard to find. Took me a few minutes. They are registered in Utah.
