Who called from 8622278521

Called my cell 3 times at 4 AM - nobody there...number blocked...area code blocked.  FYI - have quite a number of calls from area code 862 and exchange 227.  Im not even in NJ but have a NJ cell number, so I am assuming it is some scumbags spoofing numbers to make it seem like a local call.

Never left message, this is a bogus phone #.  Don't call back and block immediately!
