Noise of other telemarketers in background, unprofessional people working the phones. When you block your number, you're unable to connect. When you dial unblocked, they call out your name as if they are the ones who called you! Must be a bill collector or telemarketer. Very sneaky & illegal practices if they are a debt collector. Then they call you right back within 2 minutes of you calling them. Lol
