When they came on the line, caller is from a call center, sounded like in India - didn't identify company, had to ask twice & was finally told "Serve Power". Hemmed & hawed when I asked if they were part of PSE&G, and tried to deny when I correctly concluded that she was soliciting me to switch over to a secondary power provider. When pressed on the truth, she hung up! Couldn't take the truth! Avoid these people, they hooked my mom, & she ended up paying MORE than if she had stayed with PSE&G!
