Got a text message saying it was from Bank of America. It was an "urgent notification" and I was to call 862-236-3069 back. After reading these comments, I believe it's just another scam.
My wife got a text saying I had suspended her Wells Fargo ATM card. She called and hit 1 to say account not suspended. I called to check and almost about to verify my SS# when I realized I couldn't be sure it was from Wells Fargo. I called Wells Fargo and they said it was not from them. They never suspend cards. They are looking into it.
I am very careful about this and I almost gave out the information at least I hope I didnt.
