Who called from 8622443328

Cell phone text message:
'Hello this is Doug, I'm hearing impaired and I would like to know if you do body massage do you accept card?'
This is an annoying scam text message.  Have had it before.

Received one today that said, "My name is Russell , Do you do facial treatment and massage? do you accept credit card for payment?"

Received one from these people via text if I provided and facial treatment and massage as well.  Definitely a scam!
