Received a call from this number, I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message.

Called cell @12:59p
I was on the phone and I did not click over, no message left (big shock)
I also called the number back to receive a "busy" tone.

Caller ID was "Mendham NJ."  No message left.  Presumed telemarketer.

Caller ID said: Mendham, NJ 862-263-1086, 12:38PM, 5/25/17. Did not answer. Put the number in Google and read the posts on 800 notes. Call number is now blocked. Push the President to shut these fake callers down. He wants to create new jobs. He can hire federal agents to hunt them down, put them in jail and then torture them with ringing phones and fast busy signals for the rest of their paltry lives.
