Call by-passed my Robo Blocker! When I answered the recording started telling me an urgent message about my utilities, so I hung up. Call was from Medham, NJ.

Robocall that was just blank air.

Missed call but do not recognize area code or the exchange. After reading some comments on this #, it looks like it is a scam. Adding to my call blocker.

Called about 3:30pm.  They did not leave a message, so it's not important.

This is the second junk call (so far) from New Jersey area codes, today.
